    As of June 11, 2023, Waitlist for Carondelet Apartments is closed! 

    Carondelet is a senior property in Los Angeles located just a few minutes from the Alvarado swap meet and about 20 minutes from Staples Center. Each one-bedroom unit has central air and either a patio or a balcony. Residents have the opportunity to take a shuttle to the nearby senior center for activities.
